Your files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.

How to use Extract Emails & URLs

  1. 1

Paste text containing emails, URLs, or both.

  2. 2

Matching emails and URLs are pulled out into two separate lists as you type, with duplicates removed automatically.

  3. 3

Copy or download each list separately.

Common uses

  • Pulling every contact email out of a forwarded email thread or document
  • Collecting all the links mentioned in a document or transcript
  • Cleaning up a list of contacts pasted from somewhere unstructured

Supported formats and limitations

Accepts text, up to one file at a time.

  • URL detection only recognizes explicit http:// and https:// links — a bare domain typed without a protocol (like "example.com") is too ambiguous to reliably distinguish from ordinary text, so it's not matched.
  • Duplicate emails/URLs are removed automatically, keeping only the first occurrence of each.
