Supported formats and limitations

- JPG has no transparency — any transparent or semi-transparent pixels in the source PNG are filled with the background color you choose, and that choice can't be undone after downloading.
- JPG compression is lossy, so some visual quality is traded for a smaller file size — sharp text or hard edges in a PNG can show minor artifacts after conversion, more noticeably at lower quality settings.
