Supported formats and limitations
Accepts JPG or PNG, up to one file at a time.
- Supports JPEG and PNG, the two formats that realistically carry camera EXIF data — other formats aren't supported.
- Metadata is removed by deleting the metadata segments directly from the file, not by re-encoding the image, so the actual picture data is untouched — pixel-for-pixel identical, not recompressed.
