How to use the CSV to PDF converter

Drop a .csv file onto the upload area, or click it to choose one.

  2. 2

Check the preview — row and column counts are detected automatically, including quoted fields and commas inside them.

  3. 3

Adjust font size, page size, orientation, and margins; switch to landscape if the table is wide.

  4. 4

Click "Convert to PDF" and download the result.

Common uses

  • Sharing a price list or data export as a fixed, print-ready document
  • Turning a CSV report into something that opens the same everywhere, without a spreadsheet program
  • Printing tabular data with a header that repeats on every page

Supported formats and limitations

Accepts CSV, up to one file at a time.

  • The first non-empty row is treated as the header row.
  • Very wide tables shrink to fit the page width — for a table with many columns, landscape orientation and a smaller font size keep it readable.
  • The output is an image-based PDF (like this site's Word to PDF converter), so the text isn't selectable — this is what keeps Vietnamese and other Unicode text rendering correctly without a font gap.
  • 10 MB file size limit; a very large CSV takes longer since each page is rendered individually.

Frequently asked questions

No. Parsing and PDF generation both happen entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to a server.

Yes — quoted fields, commas and line breaks inside quotes, escaped quotes, and empty cells are all parsed correctly.

Yes — the header row is redrawn on every page, and a data row is never split across a page break.

Columns automatically shrink to fit the page width; switching to landscape orientation gives a wide table more room.

Yes — the table renders through your browser's own font engine, so Vietnamese diacritics and other Unicode text display correctly.
