How to Create a Calendar Event QR Code

Step 1: Enter the Event Title

Step 2: Select the Date and Time

Set a start date (today or later — a past date isn't accepted) and an end date, which must be on or after the start. Add start and end times if the event happens at a specific time; leave both blank to create an all-day event instead.

If attendees might scan the code from a different region, set a time zone too. Without one, the event time is "floating" — it shows up exactly as entered, in whichever time zone the receiving calendar app happens to be set to, which can be confusing across regions.

Common Calendar Event QR Code Problems
